Blended Chia Pudding

Chia pudding can be so… globby. Who’s with me?!

What does globby mean? I’m not too sure but it’s the best word I could find to describe the taste of chia pudding to me.

It’s like when you want to take a big bite of something delicious but there is something.. globby.. about the texture that might make you gag a little bit?!

If you know what I’m talking about, I’m sure you totally agree with me! If you don’t experience this, just take my word for it that there are some people out there that can’t really stand the texture of the globby chia pudding, but want to so bad!

Pictures of chia pudding always look so delicious. It is such a great superfood loaded with Omega 3’s and fiber. I have tried many times to enjoy it, but with no success. I mainly just put it in my smoothies for the nutritional benefits.

However, for all of you globby people, I have stumbled upon a revelation: blended chia pudding!

I found the idea from Earthy Andy’s website and was so surprised I had never heard of blending it before!

You can take my word for it- blending takes away all globbiness and leaves you with a delicious, smooth, eatable chia pudding. I will never not blend my chia pudding again.

I have been making a batch of about 4 servings every week and keeping it in the fridge for late morning or afternoon snacks with fruit! It is so good! I am so excited I now have another snack option of chia pudding 🙂
