A health consultation is beginning step in health coaching. We always start with a consultation so we can review history, discuss goals, and make a game plan. To schedule a health consultation follow these simple steps:

- Under “Session Type” click Initial Health Consultation.
- Under “Instructors” click Stephanie B.
- Under “Locations” click Collective Wellness NC.
- Search the calendar for a day/time that fits your schedule!
Is Health Coaching Right For Me?

then health coaching is for you! My approach to health coaching focused on where you are at, and what you need to make lasting, healthy habits. I consider your history, motivation, habits, schedule, lifestyle, and most importantly, goals. I am here to help and coach you along the way to your goals!
