Having guests over and not sure what to make? Going to a party and want to bring an easy dish? Hungry and want something delicious? This 2-minute recipe is the answer.

First off, hello avocados. Avocados are so healthy! They are one of the best sources of monounsaturated (healthy) fat! A lot of people stay away from avocados because of their high calorie count. However, remember that calories also mean energy! Since avocados are filled with healthy fats, they provide great energy. They are perfect on the go snacks, breakfasts, or addition to meals.

Of course, one of the best and most satisfying recipes to make with them is guacamole! It is a great dip for veggies, chips, or topping for salads. This is my go-to recipe that literally takes 2 minutes to make! It will impress your guests or family by looks AND taste.

A 2-minute guacamole recipe that can be used for dips, spreads, sauces, or anything you want!

  • 1 Large avocado
  • 1/4 Red onion- chopped
  • 1 Tsp . minced garlic
  • 1 Lime wedge
  • Salt/pepper
  • Smoked paprika
  1. Half the avocado by slicing around the edges longwise, scoop insides into a bowl and discard the seed.
  2. Add onions and garlic, mix well.

  3. Squeeze in the lime wedge, and season with salt & pepper - mix well.

  4. Top with smoked paprika and Enjoy!
Recipe Notes

* Smoked paprika has a distinct taste, which I love! If you don't, you can use other herbs or spices in place of this.
