1 Month Meal Plan


Everybody has unique nutritional needs. What works for one may not work for another! There are several factors such as food preference, food allergies, health concerns, work schedule, or workout schedule that aid in finding the right balance for you. For less than $25 each week, you can receive a customized meal plan made specifically for your unique situation. If you are eager to find yourself with more energy, less bloating, eating foods that you enjoy, and doing it in a way that fits your unique schedule, this is for you! This meal plan also includes constant check-in’s and “coach-like” support along the way!

The Custom One Month Meal Plan is simple. It consists of a quick “Health & Lifestyle Assessment” where we will look at your diet, lifestyle, preferences, & schedule; we will also assess your goals. While you wait for your “Custom One Month Meal Plan” (approx. 2 weeks) You will receive a “2 Week Intro”, which does not cut anything out of your diet, but focuses on 1-3 specific lifestyle habits to work on until you receive your custom meal plan. You will also receive a “Kitchen Cleanout & Restocking Guide” so you can be even more prepared for your meal plan. This meal plan will be designed to help you reach your goals while still enjoying food. It includes weekly meal prep, meals and snacks for each week day, grocery lists, recipes, and weekly tips and motivation.

1. Purchase the One Month Meal Plan

2. Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with the “2 Week Introduction Healthy to Eating” and “Kitchen Cleanout & Restocking Guide” so you can get started right away.

3. That same email will also include a link to the “Health & Lifestyle Assessment”. Make sure to fill that out and send it back.

4. Get started on your 2 week intro, and cleaning out your kitchen. In 2 weeks you will receive your “Custom One Month Meal Plan”.

5. And you’re on your way! But it’s not over. Change is hard, and having a healthy meal plan is just part of it! I provide text and email support along the way to answer questions, be a support, and ensure you get off to a great start and most importantly, finish strong.

Q: I can’t spend too much money on food. Will this still work for me?
A: Yes! In some cases, you may end up saving money because you will have foods prepared, and not have to eat out on busy nights.

Q: I don’t live in the USA. Will this still work for me?
A: Absolutely. With exception to seasonal items, you should be able to find foods given. Remember, it’s custom so we will find replacements for items that have the same nutritious value.

Q: Are there any reoccurring costs?
A: Not with the One Month Meal Plan.

Q: It’s expensive. Is it worth it?
A: For about $20 extra each week, you will have your grocery lists, meals, and meal prep laid out for you all with your specific needs in mind! All you have to do is follow it. Just the education of finding what works for you and your health is worth it!
